Not necessarily! For retail and repair acceptance, career changers and students are very welcome – your strong communication skills and passion for bicycles are what matter most to us. For the position as a bicycle mechanic, we require a relevant apprenticeship or solid, demonstrable mechanical talent.

The day is for us to get to know each other as equals. You'll spend a few hours with our team experiencing real workshop or sales daily life. This way, you'll see exactly how we work, and we'll quickly figure out if there's good team chemistry. All very straightforward.

Depending on your role, you will support our team in sales, customer service, repair intake, or in the workshop. At Georg's Fahrradladen in Mönchengladbach, you will work closely with customers, with high-quality bicycles and e-bikes, and will be trained step-by-step in our processes.
